What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will: * Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries * Provide account and application support to viewers namely about software functionality * Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings * Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries * Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: * Are native or proficient in Italian (C2) and fluent in English (B2) * Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry * Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit * Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices * Have a positive and can-do attitude If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
