We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. Your Responsibilities: - your main mission will be to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – via chat, email and phone. - you will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients’ experience. To succeed in this role, you will need: - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum) - Empathic and helpful - Team player - Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed - Able to handle sensitive information - Fast learner capacity What you will gain: - Base salary: 1230€ gross per month - You will also receive payment for completing the training Benefits and employment: The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one) Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required!!
