Perfil

• We are looking to engage 7–10 HR Operations / People Services professionals who would provide day-to-day support across a range of People Services activities, including:
• Employee lifecycle administration and support
• HR case management and ticket resolution
• HR data management and maintenance
• Documentation and process administration
• Compliance and audit support activities
• Employee and manager support across various HR channels
• Continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Support for service delivery, accuracy, responsiveness, and quality standards
• The resources will be expected to work closely with our internal People Services organization and support employees across the Americas region. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) and experience working within HR Shared Services or HR Operations environments are essential.

Competências

• We are seeking professionals with:
• 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar HR support functions
• Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle administration
• Experience working with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is an added value
• Strong customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and focus on compliance and accuracy
• Experience working in fast-paced, service-driven environments
• Excellent English language proficiency
