Are you passionate about Learning & Development and driving operational excellence? Join a global leader in the energy sector as a Learning & Operations Partner and play a key role in optimizing learning initiatives across multiple countries! In this role, you will champion operational efficiency within a multinational shared services environment, managing end-to-end L&D processes, facilitating global governance, and enhancing user experience.

Perfil

• Coordinate and streamline L&D operational activities globally, ensuring alignment across international teams and business priorities;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, partners, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery;
• Identify operational bottlenecks, design efficient workflows, and drive simplification initiatives;
• Facilitate key alignment meetings, follow-up routines, and ensure comprehensive process documentation across geographies;
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) setup, course enrolments, content, training catalogues, and vendor coordination;
• Analyze performance dashboards, metrics, and compliance tracking to support data-driven decision-making.

Competências

• Proven experience in Operations, Shared Services, Learning & Development Administration, or Process Improvement;
• Strong analytical capabilities with a continuous improvement and solution-oriented approach;
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration abilities;
• Comfortable working in dynamic, global, and multicultural environments;
• Fluent level of English (written and spoken) is essential.

Oferta

• Base Salary: €1,800 – €2,100 / month (based on experience);
• Meal Allowance: €10.20 / day (via meal card);
• Health Insurance provided;
• 24-month contract with Randstad, with a strong possibility of continuity/extension;
• Hybrid arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days remote in Lisbon);
• Integration into a top-tier global organization, working with multidisciplinary teams and impactful international projects.
