We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our cliente, Siemens Healthineers, Digital & Automation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and control, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. In addition to project management duties, the role will also involve customer success manager responsibilities, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and closing deals. Key Activities and Responsibilities: * Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of digital health projects, shaping the project starting from an involvement in the acquisition phase until the achievement of the successful go-live and even beyond; * Understand and evaluate customer requirements as well as their derivation and implementation in our software; * Ensure that project objectives are met on time, within scope, budget and to the satisfaction of our customers; * Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and monitor progress against them, making adjustments as necessary, and ensuring they are communicated effectively to stakeholders; * Develop a change management strategy to facilitate the adoption of Digital Health systems among healthcare professionals. * Manage training sessions and support to staff as they transition to the new system * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards; * Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including senior leadership; * Identify and manage project risks, develop contingency plans, and proactively resolve issues; * Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders; * Collaborate with partners and healthcare providers to select appropriate Digital Health solutions and vendors when applicable * Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals; * Travel frequently to customer sites, industry events, and other locations as required. Your profile: * Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, project management, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in managing healthcare IT projects * Knowledge in healthcare IT standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE) is a plus. * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data security requirements. * Understanding Healthcare and its key drivers, trends, and technologies, will be a plus; * Ability to work collaboratively in a group of vendors and healthcare providers setting. * Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner; * Ability to travel domestically * Driving License * Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
