PMO Financial Analyst

Would you like to join an international environment and contribute to strategic initiatives with a European-wide impact? We are looking for a PMO & Financial Analyst to support the tracking, monitoring, and performance management of Supply Management initiatives across Europe, ensuring the quality of data, financial analysis, and reporting. This role will play a key part in consolidating information, monitoring KPIs, tracking savings and forecasts, and providing insights to support decision-making, working closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and analyze the performance of initiatives through operational and financial KPIs. - Consolidate forecasts, savings, and other key business metrics. - Produce performance analyses and reporting for local and international stakeholders. - Track progress against targets and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Develop dashboards and recurring reports using tools such as Power BI. - Support the preparation of governance materials and executive presentations. - Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported data. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, methodologies, and tracking tools. Profile - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - 24 years of experience in Financial Analysis, PMO, Business Analysis, Performance Management, or Consulting roles. - Experience in KPI analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. - Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and structured manner. - Fluent English is required.
