Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Lisbon Workplace: Remote We are recruiting a Quality Analyst (f/m/d) to join our client's operation in Lisbon. Our client is a consulting company that offers management solutions, information technologies, and outsourcing to its clients. It is headquartered in Ireland with branches worldwide! Benefits: * Employment contract with Kelly Services; * Base salary + Meal allowance; * Integration into a prominent company in the industry. Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Note: 100% remote work. What tasks does this role involve? * Perform daily audits following the client's defined quality methodology; * Share audit results with the client on a weekly basis; * Provide feedback to the team based on audit findings; * Lead root cause analysis (RCA), analysis, and action planning; * Ensure alignment with quality targets and drive continuous improvement; * Foster and maintain a positive working relationship with the client. What qualifications should you have? * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; * Prior experience in a similar role; * Fluency in Portuguese from Brazil and English; * Quick learning ability through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience; * Strong analytical skills; * Effective communication skills with employees and management at all levels; * Competence in performing day-to-day responsibilities; * Proficiency in organizing staff and supervising workloads for maximum efficiency.
