In this job, you will be working for one of the biggest technology companies in the world. Your main goal is helping others. And how can you do this? It is very simple. You will help customers with diverse situations that might happen and you have to fix them just like: some issues with software installation, handle some customer requests and solve customer issues. This support is via email, calls and social media while you are speaking English or Spanish. You want this job, right? Well, you only need two things: Spanish native level and English Level (C1/C2) Your workplace is in Entrecampos and your schedule is on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 21h00, 8 hours per day with an additional lunch hour break.
